Return Conditions
Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, and sealed. For hygiene reasons, opened product packages may not be eligible for refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we have made an error.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 14 days. Refunds are made via the original payment method. We may deduct direct costs of return if you have chosen a more expensive return method than our standard offer.
